Do we get notify before we run out of subscription?
Yes, we send email notification when subscription has less than 10% remaining validations and if the subscription is about to expire within 1 month, 2 weeks, and 1 week.?
Who receives the email warning/notification regarding subscription?
All customer communications (including warnings) are sent to all registered Super User/s of the company.?
Additionally, indirect communications are always displayed within the Product in the form of a pop-up message, which often links to the communication (and related communications).?
Is there a way to manage users and subscription from our end?
Yes, account Super User can manage their users and subscription via Manage Users and My Products in the Self-Service Hub.?
How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?
If you log into our self-service hub then you can find all the invoices for all the purchases, you have made.
What are the differences between the subscription plans?
Our subscription plans are based around a pay for what you use. We have done this to allow our users that you pay for what you need and no more.
With a subscription to Bankers Almanac Validate do I have access to everything?
With a subscription to Bankers Almanac Validate you have access to everything under that product. So, if you subscribe to Bankers Almanac Validate User Interface you get all the data and features that you have subscribed for with no hidden extras. The same for Validate API where you get access to all the calls and data and for Check and Fix where one subscription gives you access to both the user interface and API.

What is your cancellation policy? Can I cancel anytime or am I locked in for a certain amount of time?
Our contract allows you to pay for what you use so if you do not use any more then you do not pay any more. If you are not on a pay as you use contract, then contact us at Validate@lexisnexisrisk.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
