My organization provides my access to Bankers Almanac Validate and I am trying to log in for the first time. What do I do?

You need to use your email address as your username and your password will be the one that you setup when you registered for the service.
I forgot or never received my username and/or password how can I get it?

I want the application to remember my login, how do I do that?
We do not provide that functionality as it breaches security for several of our customers. If your organisation does allow this then we suggest you use the function in your browser which stores your user details for you.
What are the requirements for passwords?
All the passwords must be “Strong” passwords. That means your password must include upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and extended characters.
I cannot remember my username, what should I do?
Your username is your email address.
My company provides my access to Validate, and I reset my password. Why can’t I log in now?
Please make sure that you are using the same case as you set your password. Both the password and username are case sensitive.
I submitted a request to reset my password, but I did not receive an email with instructions. What should I do?
The first thing to do is to check your bulk/junk email folder as the email might have ended up there. If that does not work, then reset your password again. If you still cannot access the service, then contact you administrator to ensure that you have been registered correctly.
I have always logged in through the login box, but it looks different now. Does this change how I log in?

How do I change my username?
Unfortunately, you cannot but we have tried to make it as simple as possible by allowing you to use your email address as your username.
