ISO 27001:2013
Our hosting partner has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, the only auditable international standard for information security management systems. The internationally-recognised standard provides assurance that our hosting partners staff maintains the highest levels of security for our clients’ information assets and the design, development, implementation and support of our entire product catalogue.

ISO 9001:2015
For the last 3 years, our hosting partner has retained the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Based on the operational processes implemented across our business, this accreditation shows that we understand the requirements (stated and expected) of our customers, and that we produce products and services which meet those requirements in an ever improving way.

Payment Card Industry Data Security
Our hosting partner is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) accredited. Businesses that store, transmit and process card data are legally required to comply with Sections 9 and 12 of the UK’s 12-step security standard. Our accreditation to this standard assures our customers that they automatically meet the requirements of those sections.
Cyber Essentials
The Cyber Essentials scheme has been developed by Government and industry to fulfil two keys functions. It provides assurance that the basic controls all organisations should implement to mitigate the risk from common internet based threats in line with the Governments ’10 steps to Cyber Security’ are in place. It also offers a mechanism for organisations to demonstrate to all interested parties that the that they have taken these essential precautions. The UK Government believes that implementing these measures can significantly reduce an organisation’s vulnerability to cyber-attack.
