Typical Usage
Our customers implement our solutions in a number of places to ensure that payment details are collected accurately from their clients and then the information is automatically enhanced throughout the life-cycle of the payment from within the bank or corporate to ensure that it can be released and the payment made with the minimum human interaction with the payment. This keeps the operational costs to a minimum and means our customers can focus on their core business.
Validate Browser
If you’re using the user interface then log into the application and give it a go. You’ll have access to all the functions and the data region that you’ve subscribed to. If you have any simple questions about how to use the application then you can get the quick guide here.
The product is designed to be as simple as possible to use, we’ve made it a login and go application and is self-explanatory, so give it a go and if you have any questions then please ask us at support@applyfinancial.co.uk
Validate API
This is a simple REST API. To get going all you need is to create a token using a POST call to get a token and then submit the details that your customer has in a GET call and you’ll be able to validate the data and you’ll have the answer.
Making a token
You’ll need to use a POST call to submit your user details and to get a time limited security token. This allows us to ensure that you are who you say you are and that you have an active account. Also when it comes to validating data you don’t expose your user credentials to end users.
Validating the data
Now you take the details that you are trying to pay to from your end user and submit them with the country that the bank account is in and the security token and you’ll get your answer. Our solution will understand the details that you’ve submitted and tell you if its correct or not and why.

Validate Data Manager
This is a browser and API solution that allows you to validate details in bulk via a file, to correct those details and then to download the valid data. The API allows you to submit files, check the details and to download the results. If you need to change the details in the data that you have uploaded in the API then you can log into the browser to view the data to correct any issues before you download it.
Again we’ve made the process simple and the user interface is easy to use. If you want to give the browser to your internal or external users then you can easily white label it and give it to clients as your own application.
Self Service Hub
This gives you total control over your Apply Financial account. It gives you control over every aspect of your subscription users and application configuration. You have the control to change things for your business and they’ll allow you to do the following:
Total user management, giving you the ability to add, delete, edit existing users, reset password etc
Reporting on your usage, in our reporting tool you can see who and what has been done and use this data to pinpoint issues and then target ways to enhance your STP, and to produce management reports to demonstrate savings to the business.
Manage the status of calls by changing output from CAUTION to PASS or FAIL to ensure you get the response you want and to re-word errors so that all the errors can be in your words so your customers best understand why something has gone wrong.
Change the recommendations depending on whether you want domestic or international details for a country. So regardless of what your customer enters you always get the details you need for a payment.
