What kind of bandwidth does your service require?
The application requires very little bandwidth, as it’s just discrete requests. This means that we do not require a lot of bandwidth as we’re not making you download lots of data. However we advise getting the fastest and lowest contention connection you can to ensure that you get responses as quickly as possible.

How do I change the preferences for my account?
All the configurations for the service can be found in our self-service hub https://management.bankersalmanac.com/vss-web. Please ensure that you have the right administration rights with your system administrator.

I’m using Chrome 3 or higher and occasionally the pages don’t load properly or I have sporadic display issues. How do I fix this?
Make sure that your browser is updating as we support the latest version of Google Chrome (which automatically updates whenever it detects that a new version of the browser is available).

I’m using Internet Explorer 7 and occasionally the pages don’t load properly or I have sporadic display issues. How do I fix this?
We currently support IE 9 upwards but beginning January 2016 we will be following the advise of Microsoft which is to only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system as only these versions will receive technical support and security updates from Microsoft.
