There are 3 ways to to reset a users password.
- Reset your own password
- Get your company administrator to reset your password
- Contact Apply Financial support who will reset your password for you
1. Reset the password yourself
To reset your own password
- Go to the sign in screen for the self service hub
- https://management.bankersalmanac.com/vss-web
- Enter the email address you registered and used to sign in and click next
- Click the reset password button
2. Get an Administrator to reset the password
As a company administrator sign into the self service hub by clicking here
- Contact a Company Administrator
- The company administrator will sign into the self service hub here
- https://management.bankersalmanac.com/vss-web
- Go to manage existing users
- Find the user that you are resetting the password for
- Click edit
- Then click the reset password button
- The user will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
3. Get Apply Financial to reset the password
